Staple set cylinder brushes are also known as tufted roller brush. The filaments are punched into pre-drilled holes on core. Filling patterns can be straight, staggered, chevron, helix, spiral and many more others. Core and filament materials are customized to your requirements.

Curved strip brushes are made by metal channel strip brushes formed into different shapes. It can be made as disk brush(fill inward or outward), spiral brush, cup form strip brush, arc strip brush and many more.

Spiral wound cylinder brushes are also referred to as spiral strip roller brush. It is made by metal channel strip brush wound on steel tube. The strip brush backing and tube material can be galvanized steel or stainless steel. Doube band and single band are all available. For light work, pitch between coils will be large. For heavy duty work, pitch between coils will be small or even zero.

Lath brushes are made by filament of tufts punched into pre-dilled plastic plate. The length is up to 6 meters, and filling density can be changed to amount of filling rows. Main applications for this brush are sealing, supporting, pressing and cleaning.
