Yesterday, on September 1st, as students across the country embarked on their first day of school, AUBI Brush made a compassionate decision to grant a day off to a group of our frontline workers.
With a total of 48 dedicated employees at our factory, several of them are parents whose children attend preschool or elementary school. On the first day of school, there is typically increased traffic and activity around educational institutions, which can create potential safety concerns. In light of this, AUBI Brush took the initiative to give these parents and workers a well-deserved day off, allowing them to focus on the well-being of their children.
At AUBI Brush, we believe in providing our workers with a comfortable working environment, and we also actively embrace our social responsibility. By granting this day off, we aim to contribute to the creation of a safe and harmonious society, where individuals feel supported in their roles as both parents and dedicated employees.
We understand that the development and education of children are of utmost importance, and we value the well-being of our employees and their families. By allowing our workers to be present for their children's first day of school, we demonstrate our commitment to fostering a positive work-life balance.
AUBI Brush remains committed to the highest standards of employee welfare and corporate responsibility. We continuously strive to create a workplace where our employees feel valued, cared for, and empowered to prioritize their family commitments.
As we move forward, AUBI Brush will continue to explore opportunities to support our employees, their families, and the community at large. We firmly believe that by working together, we can contribute to a safer, more harmonious society.
