Description

This product consists of extruded polypropylene base and multifilament pile yarn. Quite fins can be added for better sealing performance. Base color is transparent, while filament color is customized to your requirement, can be grey, brown and black. This weather strips are packed in rolls as per below drawing, such as 300 meters or 450 meters in one roll. Carton size is 45*57*45cm.
Not like standard weather strip, this product is with extruded base , not woven base. This is the reason why it become popular.

Application

Extruded base t slot brush pile weather strip is easier to be installed than woven base weather pile due to its strong backing. Sliding this product into aluminum profile on doors or windows, then it will form a sealing system and last longer than standard woven weather strip.
