Description
This brush is also known as plateau hone brush, ball hone and cylinder hone. The core is 2 wire twisted(galvanized steel or stainless steel). Nylon wires are fasted by twisted wires. For some big diameter cylinder ball, the core is not twisted in wire, but wood or aluminum. Nylon wire is tufted on them. Then abrasive is laminated on top of each nylon wire. The grit sizes are all available, from 60# to 1200#. The price is higher when grit size higher. For the diameter, the smallest is 3mm, and the largest is 1000mm
