Description

Modular segment brush is smart solution when there is a need for long roller brush and quick replacement. The core material for this brush is reinforced polypropylene which is very suitable for food industry. Various fill materials can be used, such as synthetic monofilament, steel wire, tampico fiber and animal hair. Fill arrangements is also a widely choices, most commonly used is full fill, besides this, we also have fields, spiral, chevron pattern. Fill density of segment brush depends on teeth amount. Low density, average density and high density are three standard choices. More teeth we have, more density fill there will be.

Application

Zig zag modular segment roller brush is installed on shaft to form a big cylinder brush. Taking out the worn segment(you don't need to replace all of them), then put the new segment on shaft and screw two end collars.
Applications for this type roller brush is more than we can imagine. The work it can do are washing, cleaning, peeling, polishing, removing, sorting and so on.
