Description
This sanding strip brush is made of tampico fiber, sanding cloth and plastic profile. The plastic profile material we usually choose is PVC, and extruded from mould. Its length can be customized. Tampico fiber in white are punched into plastic guide at certain diameter, such as 3.5mm. Sanding cloth are made with Aluminum Oxide abrasive material, grit size from 60# to #400. The cloth is cut to strip in width of 4mm or 7mm. Then it is glued to tampico layer. Above is how this tampico sanding strip brush is made.
